- In case the line dropped, just switched off your iPhone and switch on again. 
- There is a IC on the SIM unlock card, if you have difficulties to insert, pls consider to have a cut on your SIM card, remember NOT to push it too hard or you may contact us for a jpeg file for preventing the SIM unlock stuck inside the SIM Tray.
