ORDERING STEPS

Step 1 Register (this is not necessary the 1st step, could be done during checkout)
Register in our system is to give us basic information for us to ship to you. If you failed to register in our system (or login to Paypal for payment), please consider to change to another browser, for example, if you are using Firefox, you may consider to change to Microsoft Internet Explorer (or other browsers) as an alternative to try.

Note that this shopping system is developed for ALL major browsers, e.g. Mozilla FireFox, Apple Safari, Microsoft IE, Google Chrome, and tested and proved compatible with, just that some of our customers had such experiences so we suggest it for your reference.  If you still have difficulties to register, pay to us or whatever with our system / shop, please see our "HELP" page to find if there are any cues and clues to help or you may drop us an email to contact @ usbfever.com. 

Step 2 Find what you want 
Find items by browsing usbfever.com, if you know the exact address, you may simply type it and go.  If you do not know the exact address, you may browse one by one, we've carefully categorized our products for you, and products should be easily found in minutes.  If you don't like to browse one by one, you may use our search function on the top-left corner, the search results will be displayed to you in few seconds.  As the search functions in our system could just search the subject, not the product details, so if you could you find items in our shop's search engine, you may spend a few minustes by browsing each category and subcategory one by one, it should just take you minutes. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.  We are looking forward to including all words in the product pages in our search engine, hope to launch such functions very soon.

Step 3 Add items to Your Shopping Cart 
Once you have found any items you need, just click the icon "Buy", and the item will be in shopping cart for your checkout.   Note that some items will have some options for you, make sure you've gone thru all options before checking out. You may add as many items as you like until you've got all the items you want.  When an item is added, you will be prompted to your shopping cart, press "Shopping Cart" button whenever you would like to check out, otherwise, just press "Continue shopping" for other purchases at our sites.

Note that for some reasons you missed the step to choose the options in your purchase, you can still send email to us with your order number in the email subject for our easy identification, otherwise, we still can check by ourself.   If we do not receive your instruction of the options to be ship at the time you made your purchase or either of the abovesaid way of notifications, the default item (indicated in the Product Page) might be shipped (We still will try our best to contact you to confirm, but in case that one is not you want, we are happy to exchange with you).

Step 4 Checkout Process 
Once you press "Check Out", you will be prompted to login page.  If you are a return (thanks and welcome!) customer, just do what you've done in your previous purchase (or simply, do whatever you are requested to do so).
If you are a new customer and still have not yet registered, please help to fill up the order form.  We need some of your basic information to process your orders.  All your contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you (you may opt for "NO", then we will not send any promotional materials(actually we rarely have promotions in this way) to you. Your contact information is used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you the status of your order. The financial information we collect is used ONLY to bill you for products you purchase. 

Upon making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us and PayPal for reference. 

If you failed to login to Paypal for payment, please consider to change to another browser. For example, if you are using Firefox, you may consider to change to Microsoft Internet Explorer (or other browsers) as an alternative to try.

Step 5 How and when do orders to be shipped? 
We usually ship your order in around 4 days right after your order date by International Air Mail by Hong Kong Post(http://hongkongpost.com/eng/index.htm). Note that it has no relations with the shipment method that you've chosen.  We treat all orders equally.  The shipment methods just lead to different way of shipment, nothing with our process of your orders.

To Receive your order (via Air Mail):
~ For US/Canada, it usually takes 10 ~ 21 days;

~ For Australia / New Zealand, it usually takes 10 ~ 21 days;

~ For South East Asia countries, it usually takes 7~21 days;

~ For UK (Britian, England), it usually takes 10 ~ 14 days;
~ Spain and Portugal, it usually takes 2 ~ 3 weeks.
~ For Italy, France & Germany it usually takes 2 ~ 4 weeks;
~ For other European countries, it usually takes 2 ~ 4 weeks.

~ For South America (e.g Brazil, Argentina, Chile...), it usually takes 2 ~ 6  weeks.
~ For other destinations, it usually takes from 2 ~ 6 weeks.

~ During Peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter) or some special occasions ... it may take 1~2 weeks longer

if you have special request for your shipment (e.g. ship by your own courrier), it is suggested that you send an email to us to notify us after payment.  Any orders that without our written notifications of shipment will lead to the way of shipment that they've chosen when they place order to us. 
Once we agree to the way of customer's own shipment method, the shipping charges (that we've charged in checkout) will be retained as a handling charges and we reserve the right to charge the customer for additional handling fees, if so, we will try our best to notify the customer prior to handling. Customer is at thier own risk to the any type of damage, loss during shipment.
 
Step 6 How to Track my Order? 
In your confirmation email, there is a Transaction ID and/or Order ID, you can check your order through our online shop with either of these IDs.

Shipping Address
We can accept upto 10 shipping addresses for each Account (registrant) if you would like us to ship to your friends, family, loves... in places that is different from yours. However, we reserved all the rights to ship your order to your Paypal confirmed  address.

Payment
We accept PayPal ONLY. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a bank account or any major credit card:
- Master Card
- Visa Card
- Discover Card
- American Express

If you have difficulties to get it pay by your credit card, this picture may help you.

Other methods accept by Paypal:
- Transfer money from your bank Account (e-check), this is a way that for some people who don't have a credit card or want to have a more secure way for online payment.
- Transfer money directly from your Paypal Account.

Alternative way of payment accepted by Paypal:
- We may ask Paypal to send a "Request Money / invoice" to you by email (to your email address), then you just follow the steps to pay to Paypal(to our Paypal Account), once we got the confirmation of money received from Paypal, we will make the shipment as soon as possible.

Note that Paypal may have different policies in different regions, you should check in Paypal (www.paypal.com) for the policies in your region.

Do not have a Paypal Account
In some situation, Paypal accepts Credit Card without registering as a Paypal members, you may try or you may contact your local Paypal for details

Alternatively, we can accept Western Union and Wire Transfer (T/T), but it is for bigger amount, or you may contact us for details.

Finally, you may apply one, pls copy this link (https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run) in a new browser page to apply if you wish to have one to purchase in our shop.

Online payment Security
Security is important, regardless if you use credit, debit or PayPal none of your information is stored with us. All usbfever.com transactions go through PayPal. We receive an email that you paid, how many items with quantity and options and where to ship your order – we do not see your credit or debit information.
